Undergraduate Programs
Bachelor degrees in Commerce and Economics for students commencing
tertiary study who are looking for a career in accounting. Honours
Programs and Co-op Programs are also available.
Undergraduate Courses Offered
Students enrolled in the Accounting discipline (major) must complete ACCT1501 and ACCT1511 which are 2 of the 6 core courses as well as ACCT2522, ACCT2542, ACCT3563 or ACCT3573 (Honours).
Postgraduate Coursework Programs
Postgraduate degrees through coursework in Accounting for graduates
who already hold a bachelor degree, wishing to increase their professional
qualifications. The School of Accounting offers the following programs: Master of Commerce (Accounting), Master of Strategic Value Management and the Master of Professional Accounting/Master of Professional Accounting (Extension).
The Australian School of Business also offers the Master of Financial Analysis, a joint program of the School of Accounting and the School of Banking and Finance.
Postgraduate Research Programs
Postgraduate degrees by research (Thesis) for graduates seeking
to investigate and contribute to advanced knowledge in business
disciplines.
